1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LockGuard Plugins services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

LockGuard Plugins provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions including Profile Guard and other security applications designed to enhance Salesforce platform security and user access management.

3. User Accounts

To access our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information during registration
  • Updating your information to keep it current and accurate

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
  • Use the service to transmit any harmful or malicious code

5. Subscription and Payment

Our services are provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your subscription
  • Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
  • No refunds for unused portions of your subscription
  • Price changes with 30 days' notice

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by LockGuard Security LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

8. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LockGuard Security LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LockGuard Security LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees).

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
